The perfect complement to the hillfort

Before or after walking up to the hillfort of El Ceremeño, this small museum is well worth visiting. Its display cases hold artifacts from the excavations, accompanied by drawings and reconstructions that explain its two occupational phases. In the centre, a circular scale model reconstructs the fortified settlement.

Open-air cemetery reconstruction

In the village square, to the left of the building, stone burial structures discovered in the cremation necropolis have been reconstructed: circles, stone pavements, and stelae. Located in Herrería.
