How to organise your visit
The interest of this stop lies in connecting the village with the productive heritage landscape of the saltpans. Check the saltpans guide before going: do not assume that the basins or buildings have an improved visiting route or unrestricted access.
To understand what took place there, read the account of salt. If you continue towards Taravilla, plan the drive by road and prepare its visit separately: the link to the neighbouring village does not indicate a walking route.
